Once live in Q3 2026, Mangopay (PSD2-licensed) is planned to hold escrow funds. Funds will release only on signed handover or via the dispute resolution process. BLUN never touches the principal - we route, we do not custody.

Identity + KYC

Every supplier and buyer above the small-merchant threshold passes UBO + sanctions screening before they can transact. KYC artefacts stored encrypted, retained per AT/EU law.

Infrastructure

All compute and storage on Hetzner EU. No data leaves the EU at rest. Logs are append-only and retained for the statutory accounting period.
