Five planned steps from sourcing request to delivered goods, with the Q3 2026 trade-assurance layer supporting every handover.

1. Source

Submit your need (material, volume, certifications, deadline). The concierge returns matched suppliers from the 157M-record BLUN Listings index, filtered by your jurisdiction and constraints.

2. Negotiate

Live structured chat with the supplier — sample order, full price, INCO terms, lead time. Every decision is logged in the dispute record from message one.

3. Escrow

From Q3 2026, the buyer will fund escrow at Mangopay. Seller sees the funds locked but unspent. Production starts. Buyer holds the trigger.

4. Ship + track

17track watches the cargo. The buyer sees every leg of the journey — factory → port → customs → door — without chasing the seller.

5. Release or dispute

On verified handover the escrow is planned to release. On a dispute the BLUN concierge will mediate with both parties' message logs and proof of delivery in front of them.
